1. No Guarantee of Results
TLO Digital does not guarantee any specific results including rankings, leads, sales, revenue, ROAS, or ROI. Marketing outcomes depend on industry, competition, budget, product quality, platform changes, and market conditions. Any case studies or metrics are illustrative only.
2. Scope of Work
Services are defined by a mutually agreed proposal or written communication. Requests beyond agreed scope may require a revised proposal and additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, access credentials, and brand assets.
- Ensure products, services, and practices comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
- Review and approve all creatives, ad copy, and targeting before publication.
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain security of any login credentials shared with TLO Digital.
4. Payments, Billing & Taxes
- Invoices due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
- Applicable Indian taxes (GST) added to all invoices as required by law.
- Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of active campaigns.
- All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
- Ad spend budgets paid to platforms are separate from service fees.
5. Policy Compliance & Platform Approvals
We run campaigns in accordance with platform policies. However, approvals and disapprovals are at those platforms’ sole discretion. TLO Digital cannot guarantee approvals and is not liable for ad spend losses or account suspensions from platform decisions.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to promote: illegal activities, gambling without proper licensing, counterfeit goods, adult content, dangerous substances, misleading claims, or any content violating Google Ads or Meta advertising policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by TLO Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your business purposes only.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
TLO Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific service in dispute during the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly engagement with at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. TLO Digital may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

Shipping Policy

Returns & Refund Policy
1. Digital Services — General Policy
- Fees for work already completed are non-refundable — including setup fees, strategy fees, and pro-rated retainer fees.
- Refunds are not issued based on campaign performance or outcomes.
- If dissatisfied, contact us promptly so we can address your concerns.
2. Cancellation of Monthly Retainers
- Cancel by written notice (email or WhatsApp) at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- No pro-rated refund for unused days within a paid billing cycle.
- Ad platform budgets will be transitioned to client control upon cancellation.
3. One-Time & Project-Based Services
- Non-refundable once work commences.
- If cancelled before commencement, a refund may be issued minus administrative costs, at our discretion.
- If TLO Digital fails to deliver due to reasons on our end, a full or partial refund will be considered.
4. Discretionary Refunds
We may consider refunds for: significant service failure directly attributable to TLO Digital, duplicate payments, billing errors, or cancellation within 24 hours for services not yet started.
5. Physical Product Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping borne by customer unless the issue is our fault.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days from approval.
